The house is just a very short walk 200metres to the surf beach, the kids' rock pool, Avoca's cafe society and the spectacular Avoca Surf Club. The house is also close to the 5 lands walk to Copacabana. Sleeps 12. 1 King bed, 4 queen beds and two bunk beds
In Christmas school holidays there is a 7 night minimum stay. Please note: There is no hot tub. This is strictly a NON SMOKING PROPERTY inside or outside the house.
